Founded on February 1, 2023, Elevate Search Partners was established by Jeff Kovar, a seasoned recruiting professional with a career that began in this industry in 2007. Jeff worked out of his basement (the original Corporate HQ) side by side with his wife Jenny and their Golden Retriever, Louie, until July 2023 when Elevate moved into their current office on 156th and Dodge and began to expand the team.  We are proud to have a team that brings deep industry expertise in the fields they serve along with a passion for delivering great service and improving lives by helping leaders hire great people and helping high performers find rewarding careers.
