1. INITIAL PHONE CALL:

Our journey begins with a conversation. You'll speak directly with a member of the Elevate team to discuss your hiring need, goals, and timeline. During this call, we’ll schedule a time to meet in person at your office to dive deeper into your business and define what success looks like.

2. UNDERSTANDING YOUR BUSINESS MEETING:

Within 24-48 hours of initial call, we visit your office to get to know your team, culture, and vision firsthand. Understanding your workplace dynamic and the type of professional who will thrive in your environment is critical. We ask the right questions, so we can confidently represent your opportunity to only the most aligned candidates. Before leaving, we’ll schedule a date—typically within 2–3 weeks—for you to meet top candidates at our office.

3. ELEVATE SOURCES & RECRUITS TALENT:

We work fast and smart. Elevate combines targeted advertising across major job boards with proactive outreach using our deep database and long-standing relationships. Out of approximately 1,000 sourced profiles, we narrow to around 150 potential candidates, then thoroughly vet to identify the top 5–6 most qualified individuals. Only these top candidates are introduced to your opportunity—ensuring confidentiality and preserving your brand integrity in the market.

4. INITIAL MEETING WITH TOP CANDIDATES:

Within typically two to three weeks, you’ll meet the top 5–6 candidates in back-to-back 30–45 minute interviews at our office. At the end of the session, you’ll receive immediate feedback from candidates and consult with us to determine the 1–2 best fits to move forward. It’s an efficient, high-impact day designed to accelerate your decision-making.

5. SECOND-ROUND INTERVIEWS:

Within the following weeks, the top 1–2 candidates will visit your office for a deeper, more in-depth interview. We’ll gather and share feedback from both you and the candidates to keep momentum strong and clarity high.

6. REFERENCE CHECKS & CONTINUED SOURCING:

We perform detailed reference checks with former supervisors to ensure each candidate’s track record and working style are aligned with your expectations. Meanwhile, we continue to source and evaluate additional talent until the position is officially filled—because we don’t stop until you’re confident.

7. OFFER NEGOTIATION & CLOSURE:

When you're ready to make an offer, we help craft one that excites the candidate and aligns with your goals. We walk the candidate through every detail to eliminate surprises and reduce negotiation friction. Our aim: to ensure the offer is a true win-win — so everyone feels confident moving forward.

8. POST-HIRE SUPPORT & LONG TERM PARTNERSHIP:

Our job doesn’t end with an accepted offer. Elevate continues to support both you and the new hire post-placement, offering onboarding advice, counter-offer management, and ongoing check-ins. We also close the loop professionally with other candidates, preserving your reputation and ensuring no one is left in the dark. We’re proud to be a long-term partner, staying in touch for months—and even years—after the hire.
