Justin, a Lincoln native and UNO alum, began his career in public accounting before moving into strategic finance and eventually joining Elevate. With advanced degrees focused in Accounting, Finance, and Investment Science, he brings deep industry insight to his work helping professionals navigate career decisions and partnering with financial leaders to hire high-impact talent. Outside of work, Justin enjoys time with his wife Sydney and their golden retriever Moose, cheering on Nebraska football, and hiking in Colorado.
