Avery Reed

Avery grew up in Page, Nebraska, and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. She brings a thoughtful, adaptable approach to her work, with a strength for problem solving and a focus on supporting both her team and the clients she serves.

At Elevate, Avery is motivated by making a meaningful impact—striving to be effective in her role while investing in her teammates and continuing to grow. She values learning from those around her and believes in surrounding herself with people she admires. She appreciates Elevate’s mission and the people behind it and enjoys being part of a team that prioritizes genuine relationships and shared success.

Outside of work, Avery enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing sports, baking, reading, and diving into creative projects. She’s also working toward completing another half marathon. Avery and her family have a yellow lab, Blaire, who loves swimming, chasing other dogs, and getting into anything she can find.
