Jeff Kovar

Jeff founded Elevate Search Partners in 2023 after 15+ years in executive search, specializing in Accounting, Finance, and Analytics. Born and raised in Omaha, he has built a strong local reputation, placing hundreds of professionals and partnering with top companies. Jeff is deeply community-minded—coaching youth basketball for over 20 years, mentoring at Sacred Heart, and serving on the Parish Council at St. Stephen the Martyr, where he and his wife Jenny are active parish and school volunteers. They have three amazing children and two golden retrievers – Louie and his younger brother Ace.
